Yes. Our Voice Agent is an AI assistant, not a human — and is available around the clock. For everything beyond that, you'll find us in person at the shop.

Yes. In the booking flow you can select a barber directly. If you're flexible, choose "next available" — that usually gets you a free slot faster.

We recommend at least 2–3 days in advance, especially for Fridays and Saturdays or popular times. If you want a specific barber, preferably book a week ahead. Last-minute appointments are sometimes possible — just check availability or ask Blade Bot.

Theoretically yes, but in practice the shop is often fully booked — especially on weekends. Booking in advance is safest. Blade Bot can tell you directly whether there's anything available.

After more than 10 minutes late we unfortunately can't guarantee the full service can be completed. To avoid keeping the next client waiting, your appointment time may be shorter. If you know you'll be late — just let us know quickly.

Am Hamburger Bahnhof 2a, 10557 Berlin. About a 10-minute walk from Berlin Central Station.

Bus 147 (daytime) or Night Bus N40 to stop Lydia-Rabinowitsch-Str. on Heidestraße — accessible and just a few minutes' walk from the shop. Alternatively: about 10 minutes on foot from Berlin Central Station.

Best option is the REWE Heidequartier underground car park on Heidestraße — about 6 minutes' walk from there to the shop.

Street parking on Heidestraße is limited and often taken. Please do not park in the Spielstraße directly in front of the shop — fines or towing are possible there.

Opening hours don't always match appointment availability — that depends on each barber's individual schedule.

Yes — we have a professional espresso machine, oat milk, soft drinks and sometimes a cold beer. Feel free to come a few minutes early and relax before your appointment.

Haircut (€59) is the full haircut including washing, top, sides and styling. Back & Sides (€39) is only for the sides, nape and fade maintenance — without the top. Ideal when the top is still looking good.

Yes. The Beard Trim dry (€39, 30 min) is the classic trim with scissors and clippers. The Beard Trim & Hot Towel Shave (€52, 40 min) adds a line shave with a warm towel and straight razor — the difference is clearly noticeable.

We cut children's hair from 5 years of age. For boys up to 12 years there's the Boy's Haircut for €39. From 13 years the regular adult price applies — it doesn't get more expensive, the children's price simply no longer applies.

No. The Haircut includes a hair wash. Back & Sides and Buzz Cut are cut dry — no washing needed.

Definitely recommended — especially on your first visit. A screenshot on your phone is perfectly fine. The clearer the idea, the better the result.

You collect loyalty points automatically on every visit — no extra app or card needed. Points can be redeemed for products only. Blade Bot will tell you your current points total on your next chat or call.
